We are looking for versatile, energetic performers to join our team in the North Pole area of Believe! The Polar Express Experience. While not a traditional acting role, you will be at the heart of the event, bringing the magic of Christmas to life through engaging, interactive performances.

Performers will rotate between a variety of immersive stations and activities, including:

• The Letter Writing Station

• The Naughty or Nice Machine

• Wayfinding/Guest Guidance into the first immersive room

• Leading festive activities in pop-up installations

• Walking the floor with a microphone – interviewing children and families, encouraging participation, and keeping the energy high

The role is highly interactive, requiring performers to improvise, engage, and create joyful moments with families throughout the day.

Additional Opportunities

Performers may also be asked to understudy or cover principal acting roles in the event if required due to illness or absence. This will be discussed on-site and agreed in the best interests of the show.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong improvisation and communication skills

• Confident interacting with families and children of all ages

• Ability to sing to a good standard - IF covering actor

• Dance ability an advantage (not essential)

• Comfortable with microphone work and engaging audiences in a walkabout style

• A warm, playful, and festive energy

• Team players who can adapt and switch roles throughout the day

• Previous immersive theatre, themed entertainment, or family event experience is desirable but not essential
