Accessibility Information
We offer full wheelchair access to both the building and the performances to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience. For ease of entry, we have one designated wheelchair space available every 12 minutes. Each wheelchair space includes the option for one free carer to accompany the guest, should assistance be required. If you need any special arrangements or additional support, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For guests with neurodiverse conditions or autism, we offer a relaxed performance day to ensure a more comfortable experience. Currently, one day is designated for this but we are open to adding more if needed in the future. You are also welcome to attend on other days - simply let us know you're coming and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The Polar Express Believe Experience includes a variety of lighting effects, soundscapes, live actors and immersive visuals. Guests with visual or hearing impairments may find it challenging to fully engage with the experience or follow specific instructions. To ensure all guests can enjoy the event, we allow carers to accompany guests free of charge for support.
The Polar Express Believe Experience is designed for everyone. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests. If you have any conditions that could be impacted by the show, please inform a member of our staff. They will guide you through each room, allowing you to decide if there are any areas you’d prefer not to participate in.
The Polar Express Experience lasts about an hour with a final stop at the North Pole, featuring music and lights. While there is limited seating available during the performance section, ample seating is provided once you arrive at the North Pole. If you have any concerns related to heart conditions, please contact a member of our team in advance so that we are aware and can assist you as needed.
