He will guide you through all the different rooms, carriages and areas throughout your walkthrough experience ensuring that you will not be late to The North Pole!”

Just like in THE POLAR EXPRESS™ film, the mysterious Hobo appears along the journey. He’s full of riddles, questions, and a touch of Christmas mystery, adding an unforgettable moment to your adventure on the way to the North Pole!

Upon your arrival you’ll be greeted by the Steward. They’ll help set the festive tone, sharing in the magic and making sure your adventure to the North Pole is nothing short of unforgettable!

“Hot Chocolate! Hot Chocolate! We’ve got it!”
Just like in THE POLAR EXPRESS™ film, our cheerful Chef will be there serving up plenty of festive spirit. Singing and dancing, they’ll help bring the magic to life as you head toward the North Pole!
